 Dr. Jana Gallus, Assistant Professor at UCLA
Jana is an assistant professor in strategy and behavioral decision making at the Anderson School of Management at UCLA. She studies non-financial incentives in large-scale collaborative knowledge production settings, mostly using field experiments. Gallus joined UCLA from Harvard, where she was a postdoctoral fellow. She received her Ph.D. in economics from the University of Zurich, with the distinction summa cum laude, and holds two master’s degrees, from Sciences Po Paris in France and the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland. Connect on LinkedIn.

Lincoln has over 20 years of experience designing performance incentive programs for manufacturers, distributors, and service partners to help drive share-of-wallet spend, build loyalty and increase engagement.
