Brian Galonek, CPIM, President, All Star Incentive Marketing

Brian is president of All Star Incentive Marketing, a company that has been helping its clients better engage with their employees and customers since 1975. He is actively involved in the Incentive Marketing Association (IMA) and was one of the first in the country to earn the Certified Professional of Incentive Management (CPIM) certification. Brian has served as both the Education Chairman and President of the Incentive Technology Council (ITC) and is currently a board member of the Incentive Federation and an active member with the Incentive Engagement and Solution Providers, a strategic industry group within the IMA. Sandra Sucher, Professor, Harvard Business School

Sandra is an economist and is currently the Joseph L. Rice, III Faculty Fellow at the Harvard Business School and author of The Power of Trust: How Companies Build It, Lose It, Regain It.
