Vincent Chiofolo Re-elected IESP Board President, Signaling Exciting Advances Ahead
New and returning officers and directors announced for 2025-2026 Incentive & Engagement Solution Providers board
MINNEAPOLIS, MN – Aug. 1, 2025 – The Incentive & Engagement Solution Providers (IESP) has re-elected Vincent Chiofolo, SVP Revenue Strategy, Dash Solutions, as its 2025-2026 Board President, and announced new and returning officers and directors.
As senior vice president of revenue operations at Dash Solutions, a leading provider of payment and engagement programs, Vincent brings over a decade of expertise in enterprise recognition strategies, incentive program design, and prepaid reward innovations. His leadership extends beyond the corporate space through his service on the Incentive Marketing Association (IMA) Board and Corporate Outreach Committee and his re-election as board president for the IESP. Vincent has helped position the organization as a thought-leader through his development of AI-driven tools, providing industry-led research, and participating and facilitating panel discussions. He drives efforts to operationalize growth and scale, aligning high-impact solutions with the markets that need them most.

IESP also elected Carl MacDonald, Vibe SMG, Inc., executive vice president; Lauren Gagne, CRP, C.A. Short Company, treasurer; and Joe Effertz, Black Forest, secretary. Lincoln Smith, IP, Lincoln Smith Advisors, serves as past president.
Newly elected board directors are Julie Barbier-Lablan, Merit Incentives; Cindy Mielke, CPIM, BHN | Tango; Pam Pelino, CRP, One10; Alex Rogow, Virtual Incentives; and Andrew Solomon, Achievement Awards Group.
Returning and appointed board directors are Peter Cannon, Ticket Jones; Brant Dolan, IP, CPIM, Quality Incentive Company; and David Gould, CPIM, 360insights.
