Join the Incentive Marketing Association (IMA)

IMA membership is a company-based membership represented by a Primary/International Member (voting) from that company. Additional individuals from a member company may join IMA for a reduced rate as an Affiliate Member. See the chart below for details. Member Types & Dues

Primary Company Membership

  • If your company is not yet a member of IMA, then your membership is a Primary membership
  • Entitles company to one voting delegate
  • Dues are $600 in the first year and $500 annually in renewal years
  • You may also submit an application for membership in any of IMA's Strategic Industry Groups (SIGs) or Chapters listed below along with your IMA application

International Primary Membership

  • If you are located outside of the United States and Europe, your membership is an International membership. If your company is in Europe, apply for IMA Europe Membership .
  • Entitles company to one voting delegate
  • Annual dues are $250 USD
  • You may also submit an application for membership in any of IMA's Strategic Industry Groups (SIGs) or Chapters listed below along with your IMA application

Affiliate Membership

  • If your company (domestic or international) is already a member, your membership is an Affiliate membership
  • Annual Dues are $125
  • You may also submit an application for membership in any of IMA's Strategic Industry Groups (SIGs) or Chapters listed below along with your IMA application

More About IMA Membership

Membership is open to providers of incentive and recognition merchandise and services. We review all IMA registration applications for membership and reserve the right to deny membership to those companies/individuals not meeting the criteria for Incentive Marketing Association membership.

IMA membership has annual dues, meaning your membership expires on 12/31 each year. Dues may be deductible as membership in a professional association on your income tax forms. Consult your tax advisor for more information. To receive member rates for an event, you must first become a member and then register for the event(s). These will be two separate transactions.
