By registering, you agree to IMA’s Privacy Policy and Code of Conduct as well as to follow any wellness guidelines set forth by the hotel and IMA and are assuming all risk related to COVID-19 and other illnesses.

Payment Policy: All registration payments are due by Thursday, July 11. Payment must be made to receive your attendee badge at check-in. If you are paying by check or ACH and funds are not received by July 11, 2024, IMA will require credit card information on file until payment is received.

Cancellation Policy: Written cancellation notice must be received via email by close of business on June 28, 2024 to receive a 100% refund. Cancellations received after June 28, 2024 will receive a refund less $150 processing fee. Cancellations received the week of the event and no-show registrations will not be refunded. Refunds will be processed after the Summit.

*Social Guest registration is for non-business guests ONLY intended for a partner or friend. This registration will allow access to meals and social functions ONLY.
