Donate an Item to the IMA & IMRA Silent Auction

Why Donate?

This is a great way to gain exposure for your brand or company from IMA Summit ReVISION attendees. Last year over 70 items were donated and nearly $8,000 was collected in revenue which supports IMA's efforts to provide events, publications, and research. We hope to keep the momentum going this year!

  • Promote donated items in the online Silent Auction Catalog
Deadline to submit a silent auction item is September 25. Once you submit an item, you will receive a confirmation email. The winners will be notified on October 20, 2020. After the winner has paid for the item, you will be sent the shipping address of the winner of your item. Reminder: Please do not send your donated item(s) to the IMA office. We ask that you send the item(s) directly to the recipient(s) upon notification.

What Do Silent Auction Proceeds Support?

Funds raised through the IMA silent auction support educational initiatives aligned with our mission statement designed to communicate the value of rewards, recognition and corporate gifts. IMA provides tools that make it easier for buyers and the companies that work with them to access IMA members to provide products and services to support their rewards and recognition programs. This includes print information, webinars, in person educational sessions, and one on one conversations. We have built relationships with a variety of industry associations, media outlets and other organizations to help us reach this audience.
