The IMA President’s Award recognizes individuals who have actively furthered IMA’s mission to create a greater awareness of incentives, help incentive suppliers prosper in a changing business environment through education, training, research, and marketing; and through example, promote high standards of professionalism in the incentive field.
Fintan Connolly, IMA president, selected Sadek, for his stable leadership of the IMA during difficult, uncharted times. When covid hit during Sadek’s IMA Presidency in 2020, it put a damper on his plans for the IMA. “Len never complained. He was always positive and supportive,” Connolly said. He thanked Sadek for his “steady hand at the wheel steering us through one of the worst storms most of us will ever experience. No one is more deserving of this award.”
Sadek expressed his gratitude for the honor. “I feel very grateful and proud for being selected as this year's IMA President's Award recipient. As a past President myself, I am especially appreciative of the great work that IMA does for the incentive industry and its members. Thank you for this recognition!”
