This award recognizes an individual who best represents career and industry achievement and longevity as well as has demonstrated outstanding leadership characteristics throughout their career, and inspired others to achieve similar success.
Through his work as Founder/CEO of Ovation Incentives and as Co-Founder of the IMA Europe Chapter, Jonathan Grey has made significant contributions to the field of incentives and recognition, earning his place as one of the industry's most respected thought leaders and practitioners.
Beyond his contributions to IMA Europe, Grey has been actively engaged in industry boards, committees, and advisory councils. Recognized as one of the Top 25 most influential people in the industry globally by US Incentive Magazine in 2017, he is a sought-after speaker and presenter, sharing his knowledge and expertise at industry conferences and events. His ability to inspire and lead by example has made him a trusted source of inspiration for his incentive colleagues worldwide.
Upon receiving the award Gray said: “We're all very lucky to be part of this fantastic industry where the values of collaboration, community and knowledge sharing are at the forefront of our professional lives.
