Stephanie Harris, president, Incentive Research Foundation (IRF), directs the strategy and efforts of promoting research and education to increase understanding, effective use, and benefits of non-cash incentives for businesses globally. Her wide range of experience includes event strategy, thought leadership, and marketing from the American Express Meetings & Events leadership team and incentives with Maritz as VP of Brand Marketing & Strategy.
