Ashlee Green Elected RPI Board President

New officers and directors announced for 2024 RPI Board of Directors


MINNEAPOLIS – Feb. 29, 2024 – Recognition Professionals International (RPI) announced Ashlee Green, CRP, CPIM, Director of Sales, C.A. Short Company, as the 2024 RPI Board President.

Green brings a wealth of customer relationship management experience and six years of serving on the RPI Board. In her current role as Director of Sales at C.A. Short Company, she focuses on employee engagement solutions, employee recognition and incentive programs. In 2018, she was voted as one of the top 25 most influential people in the industry by Incentive Magazine. In 2021, she received RPI’s Recognition Champion Award in honor of Pam Sabin.

Green says “I am thrilled to be leading an amazing group of recognition professionals this year as RPI President. Since joining RPI in 2010, I have learned from many of my RPI member industry colleagues and I have applied RPI Best Practice Standards® in my work as a practitioner and as a solution provider. I also take advantage of RPI’s great education opportunities including earning my Certified Recognition Professional (CRP) designation.”  

She is excited about RPI’s plans for 2024. “RPI has so much to offer. This year we are expanding our outreach and adding to our foundation of what RPI offers with a focus on modernizing our CRP curriculum for future recognition professionals,” Green explains.  

RPI elected Kimberly Huffman, Dollar General, executive vice president; Andrew Bishop, CRP, RecogNation, vice president; Rachel Rump, CRP, University of Notre Dame, treasurer; Latecia Pusha, CRP, SHRM-C, Effingham Health System, secretary; and Karen Gray, CRP, PMP, O.C. Tanner, as past president.

New directors are Cori Champagne, SHRM-SCP, Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Beril McManus, American Airlines.
