Brian Galonek of All Star Incentive Marketing was actually there when the idea of the IMA creating a credential program was first introduced. He, along with fellow industry veterans including the late Karen Renk, set out and created the program. Brian was one of the first participants to apply for and achieve the certification. At the time, he had been in the industry for 15 years, so while there was plenty he knew about incentives, there were many other areas that required him to study and dive deeper into the wider industry. Brian says he's confident that the credential process broadened his knowledge and helped him better lead his company, and he's thankful for the guidance IMA has provided him throughout the years.
