2020 IMRA Marketing Conference Cancelled

After careful consideration, with the well-being of our members and guests top of mind, the IMRA Board and Marketing Conference Committee have decided to cancel the 2020 IMRA Marketing Conference at the Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa in Clearwater, Florida. However, we look forward to welcoming you to beautiful Clearwater, Florida in 2022!

What Happens to My Registration, Hotel Reservation, Sponsorship(s) and Sales Meeting(s)?

Registration

All paid registrations will be transferred to the 2021 Conference. However, if you prefer to cancel please contact Emily Johnson to cancel and receive a full refund. All cancellations must be made by June 15, 2020.

Hotel Reservation

All reservations at the Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa will be cancelled as of Friday, June 19, 2020 unless a request to maintain the reservation is sent to Hilton Clearwater Beach by Monday, June 15.

Sales Meeting(s)

If you had signed up and paid for a sales meeting at the 2020 Conference, your meeting will be transferred to the 2021 Conference. Please note: the sales meeting schedule may change so all meeting times will be reconfirmed when the schedule is finalized.

Sponsorship(s)

All sponsorship commitments will be applied to the 2021 Conference. Please reach out to Emily Johnson if you have any questions or concerns with transferring to 2021. IMRA greatly appreciates your support!

Although this year's conference is cancelled, we are thrilled to announce next year's IMRA Marketing Conference will be held Sunday, April 25 - Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at the Union Station Hotel in St. Louis, Missouri!
