Payment Policy: Registration payments are due by July 7, 2025. Payment must be made to receive your attendee badge at check-in. If you are paying by check or ACH and funds are not received by July 7, 2025, IMA will require credit card information on file until payment is received.

Cancellation Policy: Written cancellation notice must be received via email by close of business on June 20, 2025 to receive a full refund. Cancellations received after June 20, 2025 will not be refunded. Refunds will be processed after the Summit.
