Next Level Performance Gives Back to the Community by Celebrating HOPE Week

Next Level Performance donates time and resources to the community every year with HOPE Week. In 2018, the company worked to support Elijah’s Promise Community Kitchen, HomeFront, and the Community Food Bank in fighting hunger and poverty.
HOPE stands for Helping Others Persevere and Excel. Next Level Performance adopted the initiative from the New York Yankees in 2009 to promote its C.A.R.E.S. (Collaboration, Accountability, Respect, Ethical Behavior, and Service) Values. This year, HOPE Week ran from August 13 to August 17. Throughout the week Next Level assisted three organizations in benefitting the lives of hundreds of families throughout New Jersey.
Elijah’s Promise Community Kitchen
is a multi-service non-profit organization of over 3,000 volunteers who serve over 170,000 meals annually. This year Next Level contributed to the organization’s cause by running a food drive in the lobby of the company’s building. Food items, clothing, cleaning products, and self-care items were collected to be donated to those in need.
For 25 years HomeFront
has assisted thousands of Mercer County, NJ families in breaking the cycle of poverty. Next Level Performance assembled back-to-school packs, ensuring families are ready to send their children back to school. For Next Level Performance’s Kid’s Day, children of the company’s teammates packed and decorated Welcome Home Kits to benefit homeless families as they transition into housing.
Community Food Bank
provides 47 million meals every year to 900,000 people in New Jersey. This year Next Level Performance teammates volunteered to work in the Community Food Bank warehouse. Altogether, the company volunteers assisted in distributing over 2,000 meals to food insecure families. Next Level also made a cash donation to the Food Bank and ran a coin drive throughout August with a goal of providing 1,500 meals.
