Sandy Fenili, Founder & CEO of Modern Motivation

Sandy is the Founder and CEO of Modern Motivation, a company focused on creating innovative solutions that motivate, engage, thank and inspire the modern workforce. She is passionate about elevating the overall employee experience and creating happier and connected workplaces. Before starting her company, Sandy worked at Meetings and Incentives Worldwide, launching the Engagement Group during the pandemic.  She led the creation of innovative incentives, recognition, appreciation celebration and engagement solutions for M&IW’s amazing clients. Prior, Sandy retired from AT&T after spending most of her years focused on leading the sales compensation and incentive design, operations and compliance teams for AT&T Business.  Sandy’s experience spans from creating innovative sales compensation plans, incentive and recognition programs, platforms, CSR and team building activities to travel and creating non travel rewards for 10k employees within 47 countries who support over $30 billion in annual revenue. Sandy holds an MBA from Lewis University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of St. Francis. Sandy loves spending time with her family, yoga and traveling. She has been married for over 30 years to her amazing husband Brian and is honored to be the mother to Maddie and dog mom to Clark Disney.
