Jennifer Jackson, Executive Compensation Manager at NielsenIQ

Jennifer is the Executive Compensation Manager for NielsenIQ and manages the company rewards and recognition plan. NielsenIQ is a global corporation of 30,000+ employees that is the industry leader in global measurement and data analytics, and the most trusted source for retail and consumer intelligence. Jennifer was instrumental in collaborating with RecogNation to transform and relaunch NielsenIQ's longstanding, top-down awards program into a new, fresh, exciting peer-to-peer recognition program. Jennifer has her MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology and has many years of experience in HR, payroll, compensation and benefits.
