Sheryl Shewman, VP Business Development at U.S. Bank (Moderator)

Sheryl is a senior international sales & business development executive with over 20 years of experience. She has experience working with global & national accounts, solution sales, sales management, SaaS technologies and marketing services. Sheryl identifies new business opportunities and creates strategic relationships with business and technology management around the world. Through the years she has had the pleasure of working with some of the world's most recognized brands, developing robust consumer and employee programs.

Suhas Gujrathi, Director of Sales at Xoxoday

Suhas comes with over two decades of experience and is a SaaS sales specialist. He has previously worked in various B2B, B2C and customer experience roles. He is currently responsible for the sales and growth at Xoxoday and is heading Operations, Sales & Channel Partners. He has been volunteering at the West Orange County Community Emergency Response Team for over 7 years and is a strong believer in giving back to the community. He is an avid reader and a sports fanatic. 

Lincoln Smith, IP, Chief Strategy Officer of HMI Performance Incentives

For over 25 years Lincoln has been a recognized leader in the incentive marketing industry. He is currently the Chief Strategy Officer for HMI Performance Incentives where he works with companies in over thirty industries to design strategies to accelerate growth and increase customer engagement. His leadership and approach have led HMI to win 6  IMA “Circle of Excellence Awards” in unique categories in the last four years for manufacturer, distributor, and service provider clients. Before joining HMI, Lincoln worked as a strategist for Agency.com, helping organizations transition to digital business models. Lincoln is a current board member of the IMA's Incentive & Engagement Solutions Providers (IESP) where he is a regular contributor and thought leader.

Juan Manuel Valenzuela, CPIM, CEO of Above Target

For over 14 years Juan Manuel has been designing and operating incentive and loyalty programs all over Mexico. He holds his Certified Professional of Incentive Management (CPIM) designation and is currently the president of the IESP. Juan Manuel has been involved in the incentive industry since 2009 when he started his company Above Target, which focuses on incentive and loyalty programs in Mexico. Since the beginning of IESP, he has served on the board where he focuses on making sure resources are used carefully and in ways that offer the greatest benefit to IESP members and the industry.
