Enrique Hirlemann, Chief Commercial Officer of Reloadly

Enrique is a commercial executive and team leader with pan-regional experience managing multinational Mobile Payments, Prepaid, and Telecom retail and Wholesale businesses. He develops and implements effective business development efforts, marketing campaigns and distribution partnerships around the world. Enrique manages national and international relationships both internally, for multinational corporations, and as a strategic marketing consultant in various prepaid industry segments. He has extensive experience in partner contract negotiations.

Matt Kerper, Chief Strategy Officer at Telos Gifting

Matt brings more than 20 years of experience in the Fintech industry and is currently the Chief Strategy Officer for Wolfe, LLC where he focuses on growth for several portfolio companies including GiftYa, PerfectGift and Gift Card Granny. Prior to joining Wolfe, Matt was most recently the Vice President, Business Development and led the gift card team at RetailMeNot, where he joined following his role on the executive team at CashStar where he helped architect a sale to BlackHawk Network. Prior to CashStar, Matt held various Fintech positions with eBay, PayPal, Google, TxVia, Parago and Green Dot. Matt is an active volunteer firefighter in Colorado and holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University.

Tom Niedbalski, Vice President, Global Partnership and Sales at Fiserv (Moderator)

The Blockbuster gift card and reward program helped revolutionize the industry with marketing innovation and enabled branded currency to serve as a model for enterprises across the globe. Thomas’s accomplishments helped shape the future of prepaid and “wow what a difference” this would make to this ever-evolving industry. As co-founder of Transaction Wireless, Tom developed and executed a robust digital platform strategy positioning Transaction Wireless as a leading provider of digital gift cards and prepaid services across multiple emerging and mobile channels. As a result of his passion and dedication, First Data acquired Transaction Wireless creating the first ever complete end to end enterprise gift card solutions available in the industry. Tom’s professional accomplishments and industry involvement has not gone unrecognized. The Incentive Marketing Association nominated and awarded him the 2018 President’s Award.

Alex Preece, Co-Founder & CEO of Tillo

Alex started his career in the British Army and spent seven years jumping out of military planes and touring Bosnia and Iraq on active duty. He co-founded the UK’s first daily deal business, later sold to Moneysupermarket.com, the world's biggest comparison website. Alex is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Tillo, a digital gift card platform connecting the world's most popular brands with fintechs and enterprises looking to reward and incentivize in new ways. Tillo is leading the innovation for digital rewards and incentives globally.

Brooke Yoakam, CEO & Founder of GiftPocket

Brooke is a rising junior at Boston College and is also the CEO and Founder of GiftPocket, a mobile FinTech app that is transforming the way that brands engage and build relationships with their gift card holders. She created GiftPocket when she was 12 years old and has since launched GiftPocket in Apple App Store and Google Play Store with over thousands of user.
