Jeffrey Brenner of Seiko Watch of America started in the world of incentives a quarter of a century ago-- his first job being at Macy's By Appointment, which included corporate gifting and personal shopping. He has been in the industry ever since. It was through his involvement with IMRA that he first heard about the IP designation. He thought it offered an insightful process that helped him deepen his understanding of the industry as well as sharpen his skillsets with new data and processes. Jeffrey encourages colleagues to get the IP designation as it communicates to both customers and other industry peers your commitment to the industry and makes you an informed and trusted professional. After earning his IP, Jeffrey furthered his credentialing by acquiring his Certified Professional of Incentive Management, CPIM.
