Mike is a board member and current chair of the Incentive Federation, and serves on the IMA board. Mike has received IMA’s prestigious Karen Renk Award and Incentive Magazine named him one of the top 25 most influential people in the industry. Mike and his Hinda team are continuously working on the future of engaging rewards, as well as online innovative tools that keep sales, channel partners, employees and customers engaged with client programs. Rick’s research firm conducted the IFI’s 2022 Marketplace Estimate Research Study. This includes development of the survey, identification of the sampling methodology, the analysis of the survey respondents’ data, calculations of reported business expenditures for various incentive types and programs and the development of the final research report. Rick heads a full-service research-based consultancy focused on enhancing the brand, employee, and customer experience and linking these strategies to improved business results. His work includes partnering with experts in experience management, statistical science, and market research methods. Rick is the IRF's Chief Research Advisor and previously served in various research, strategy, and management consultant roles.
