IGCC & RGCA Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Session

The Incentive Gift Card Council (IGCC) and Retail Gift Card Association (RGCA) know we are stronger and have stronger voices in the gift card industry when we are open to ideas and insights from all members.
In response to the need for action, the IGCC and RGCA jointly established a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee, which is responsible for ensuring we are providing our members:
- Education & Resources
- Representation & Access
- Communication & Awareness
As part of this effort, we’re committed to keeping members informed and aware of educational events, tools, and resources for fostering dialogue and advocating for DEI best practices within our industry and markets we serve. In this session we discussed the recent DEI survey, previewed our new DEI website, and shared upcoming communications.
