Dedicated Meeting Spaces
Cost: $600/semi-private meeting area
For the first time at the IMA Summit, your organization can reserve a semi-private space near the conference rooms to utilize for your meetings. The meeting tables in this space will be located on the 2nd floor of the Hyatt Regency Hotel and each assigned private table space will be for the exclusive use of the party who reserves it. Full details and benefits of reserving space are outlined below.
Organizations who reserve dedicated meeting space will receive:
•A 10x10’ draped off area with seating for four people (additional chairs available upon request and based on availability) located in a room secured to organizations with paid space and their identified meeting participants
•Private bar and beverage service available only to table hosts and their guests with 63 beverage tickets included in cost (soft drink=1 ticket; domestic beer=2 tickets; canvas wine/signature cocktails=3 tickets; mimosas (Wednesday only)=4 tickets); option to purchase additional tickets on-site
•Option to purchase catering for meeting space
•Power Access is available for an additional fee
The meeting space rental provides access to the reserved room during the following hours of the Summit:
Monday, July 18: 12:00 – 5:00pm
Tuesday, July 19: 1:00 – 6:00pm
Wednesday, July 20: 7:45 – 10:15am
