2016 IMA Summit Registrations Ahead of Pace

MINNEAPOLIS – June 20, 2016 – The number of registrations is growing quickly for the Incentive Marketing Association’s (IMA) 2016 Executive Summit, “Stronger Together” set for July 18-20, at the Hyatt Regency, Houston, Texas.

Registration is over 30 percent ahead of where it’s been at this time in previous years. “It’s great to see this level of interest. We’re using the feedback from last year’s conference, to make this year’s Summit even more valuable for attendees,” said Sean Roark, CPIM, IMA executive vice president and 2016 Summit chair."

Opening keynote speaker Ron Baron, Baron Transformations, will energize attendees with a presentation that like the conference theme “Stronger Together” demonstrates the inherent power of how diverse alliances can create a result that is greater than the sum of its parts. Closing keynote speaker Melissa VanDyke, president of the Incentive Research Foundation (IRF), will share emerging insights gathered from interpolating data from a number of diverse studies commissioned by IMA, its SIGS, and other industry sources.

The Summit agenda includes the latest information from across the industry and within specific segments. It also offers ample opportunities for networking.  One new offering this year gives companies the opportunity to purchase private hospitality spaces if they want a quiet environment for hosting business meetings and entertaining clients.

Along with general sessions, the conference program includes breakout sessions that cover creating an incentive framework aligned to today’s buyer’s journey, how digital is driving loyalty through prepaid commerce, how the buyers journey is changing recommendations incentive suppliers make to their clients, essential tools to doing business internationally, results of the new IRF travel study and more.
