A Tale of Two Cities: Balancing Program Owner and Participant Needs in Award Funding and Selection

The IRF recently produced an online 30-minute recording that attacks the issue of choosing and funding the right awards from multiple angles. The program owner’s view takes into consideration limited budgets, expected business results and the decision criteria to help walk the tightrope between the two. The participant’s view explores the psychological aspects of participation in a reward or incentive program and what it takes to motivate.
