Presenter Barbara Hendrickson CPIM, Visible Communication, will take you through our streamlined course that features new research, identifies key points about incentive program design and applies those points directly to your business.

IMA’s signature curriculum is based on the latest research on incentive and recognition programs and employee and customer motivation and is relevant for incentive professionals who specify, design, implement and / or advocate incentive and recognition programs as a means of improving performance.

The Principles Curriculum is available online to IMA members at no charge. 

Individuals who master the concepts addressed in the Principles curriculum as evidenced by passing the Principles Exam will earn IMA’s Incentive Professional (IP) designation.

This webinar will be recorded and made available to all registrants. Single Registration - Two Days. (You only need to register for Day 1.)
