There are a million things to remember when preparing for a trade show, and it's easy to forget something. Check this list and divide the responsibility among your team members to make sure all bases are covered.

·         Comfortable Shoes

·         Copies of all Booth Order Forms

·         Custom program samples

·         Display containers

·         Extension cords

·         Eye drops (convention centers are notoriously dry)

·         Federal Express/UPS Shipping Numbers and Airbills

·         Fish bowl for business cards

·         Glass Cleaner

·         Invitations to booth

·         Lead forms

·         Lights

·         Order forms

·         Pens, including at least one Sharpie and one thick marker

·         Phone number(s) for show and booth

·         Point-of-purchase displays

·         Press kits

·         Product catalogs

·         Product manuals

·         Promotional gifts (giveaways)

·         Scotch tape

·         Shipping labels to return product after the show

·         Signs

·         Staffing assignments

·         Stapler and Staples

·         Tape to seal boxes for return after the show
